NEW DELHI- NBCC, a leading public sector company, organized a training program on Leadership and Motivation for its women employees on April 19, 2023, at its Corporate Office. The event was graced by Smt. Alka Mittal, former CMD of ONGC, who attended as the Chief Guest, and was felicitated by Sh. P.K. Gupta, CMD of NBCC.
The program aimed to empower and motivate women employees to excel in their leadership roles and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. It was attended by board-level officials of NBCC, highlighting the company's commitment to promoting gender diversity and inclusivity at all levels.

It provided a platform for the women employees to learn and share their experiences, insights, and best practices. The participants expressed their appreciation for the program and the opportunity to learn from the distinguished guest and senior leaders of NBCC.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the organizers, acknowledging the valuable contributions of Smt. Alka Mittal and all the participants in making the training program a success. NBCC reaffirmed its commitment to promoting gender diversity and empowering its women employees through such initiatives in the future as well.

- NBCC Environment Engineering Limited (NEEL) to exclusively implement all environment related projects both existing as well as upcoming.
- Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) HSCL established in 1964 under the aegis of Ministry of Steel was taken over by NBCC(I) Limited as a subsidiary on April 2017. NBCC will leverage from HSCL's business activities leading to diversification and new business avenues in steel vertical.
- Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited (HSCC)The company has acquired 100 percent stake in HSCC (India) Ltd., formerly known as Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited, which specializes in works of Health Sector, with a vision to secure business synergies.
