NEW DELHI- NBCC (India) Limited, a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) for the development of properties across India. 

The MoU was signed by Shri Pradeep Sharma, Chief General Manager (Engineering) of NBCC, and Shri Manas Ranjan Hati, Deputy General Manager of SIDBI, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.

The MoU aims to facilitate the development and redevelopment of properties owned by NBCC across India, with a focus on optimizing their utilization and generating revenue. 

Under the agreement, SIDBI will provide financial support and assistance to NBCC for the development of these properties, which will include commercial, residential, and institutional properties.

Both NBCC and SIDBI expressed their commitment to work closely and collaborate in identifying and executing viable projects that align with the government's vision of urban development and economic growth.
