Usha Singh, Director (HR), MOIL facilitated with National Women Achievers Award

New Delhi: Ms. Usha Singh, Director (HR), MOIL LIMITED, Nagpur has been facilitated with National Women Achievers Awards by "Media Federation of India" in their annual award function "16th Media Excellence Award" organized on 2nd April 2022 at New Delhi

National Women Achievers Award has been conferred to Ms. Usha Singh jointly by Prof. Sanjay Diwedi, DG, IIMC, New Delhi, renowned Media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwaha, Chancellor AAFT University, Noida of professionals from all over India and for her outstanding contributions in the field of employee friendly policies in the PSU Arena. Shri Rajesh Kaila, Chief Manager, MOIL, New Delhi received the award on behalf of her. 

Ms. Usha Singh is an Engineering background turned successful PSU Professional, who has more than 30 years of professional experience have contributed a lot in inventing and promoting employee-friendly policies in the PSU Arena.  

 Ms. Singh was associated as Executive Director (Personnel & Administration) heading Personnel, HRD, CSR, Administration, and other related functions at NMDC. She was also heading the Business Development and Corporate Planning functions at NMDC. Ms. Singh has also worked for 25 years in Steel Authority of India Limited(SAIL) which includes 8 years as a Technical Advisor to the Chairman of SAIL.

Ms. Singh has been nominated among the Top 100 Global inspirational Women in Mining in 2020. She also has several awards to her credit, which include ‘SCOPE Outstanding Woman Manager’ and ‘Best Employee Award’ in SAIL. She has authored and presented several papers at national as well as international conferences.
