NALCO Director (HR) Radhashyam Mahapatro under suspension with immediate effect
NALCO has been informed by the Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India vide Order dated 13.03.2024, the Competent Authority in the exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 23 of NALCO Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Rules, 1984, has placed Shri Radhashyam Mahapatro, Director (HR) under suspension
New Delhi: The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), an Indian public sector company today announced that the company's Director (Human Resources) Shri Radhashyam Mahapatro has been placed under suspension.
It is stated that, In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule-III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to intimate that, NALCO has been informed by the Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India vide Order dated 13.03.2024, the Competent Authority in the exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 23 of NALCO Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Rules, 1984, has placed Shri Radhashyam Mahapatro, Director (HR) under suspension with immediate effect.
