MMTC Ltd announces Change in Directorship
State-owned MMTC Ltd has announced changes in the directorship of the company. The company has informed through exchange filing.
Shri Siddarth Mahajan, JS, Department of Commerce who had been appointed as Government Nominee Director ( DIN Number 03349759) on the Board Of MMTC Limited w.e.f 1st May 2024, ceased to hold his office from 30th August 2024 vide order copy Office order no. 11/36/2001-FT(M&O)-vol-1, it said.

Ms. Aishvarya Singh, IAS (SK:2008), was appointed as an Additional Nominee Director of MMTC LIMITED, according to Office Order No. 11/36/2001-FT(M&O)-vol-1 dated 30th August 2024, issued by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. This appointment is effective until further notice, as stated by the company.
