Minister Hardeep Singh inaugurates Ethanol to Sustainable Aviation Fuel demo plant
This facility showcases indigenous technology for the production of SAF, & is a testament to India's rising prowess in the Global Biofuels economy.
New Delhi: Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Shri Hardeep Singh Puri inaugurated the Ethanol to Sustainable Aviation Fuel demo plant, at the state-of-the-art R&D centre facility of biofuel pioneer, PRAJ Industries Ltd. in Pune today.
This facility showcases indigenous technology for the production of SAF, & is a testament to India's rising prowess in the Global Biofuels economy.

He said, "As international mandates for SAF kick in, India is poised to emerge as a major global export hub for SAF under the visionary leadership of PM Narendra Modi Ji which is guiding India’s journey towards being an Energy Atmanirbhar Bharat."
