Post inspection, he appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the Terminal Building at Trichy Airport.
New Delhi: Hon'ble Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Road Transport & Highways General V.K. Singh visited AAI’s Trichy Airport on 23rd June 2023.
He was briefed about various matters including the existing Terminal Building, Operational Area, upcoming New Terminal Building and land details of Trichy Airport and Tanjore Airport.

Also, for providing underpass NH210/336 to restore the threshold of Runway 09 of Trichy Airport and remove the displacement of the threshold at the beginning of Runway, Hon'ble Minister directed at NHAI to go ahead with the underpass.
Post inspection, he appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the Terminal Building at Trichy Airport.
