New Delhi: Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Mini Ratna Category-I Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG), celebrated its 157th Foundation Day on February 1, 2025. This annual event marks the establishment of the company on February 1, 1867, by two Scotsmen, Stephen George Balmer and Alexander Lawrie, in Kolkata.
