Karur Vysya Bank inaugurated 4 new branches
Karur Vysya Bank's Branch network increases to 812
Chennai: Karur Vysya Bank today inaugurated four new branches – two in Tamil Nadu and one each in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. With this the total branch network of the Bank increased to 812.
The new branches that were opened are
Velliyanai, Karur, Tamil Nadu (809th Branch) inaugurated by Mr. N. Ravichandran, Commissioner, Karur City Municipal Corporation Punganur , Chittor, Andhra Pradeshs (810th Branch) inaugurated by Mr. P. Narasimha Prasad Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Punganur Sathuvachari, Vellore, Tamil Nadu (811th branch) inaugurated by Dr. G.V. Selvam, Vice-President, Vellore Institute of Technology & Chairman, Vellore International School Ibrahimpatnam, Rangareddy, Telangana (812th Branch) inaugurated by Mr. T.S. Uma Maheshwara Rao, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Imbrahimpatnam

About Karur Vysya Bank:
The Bank has built its financials around three pillars – Growth, Profitability and Asset Quality. The bank’s total business was Rs. 1,47,671 crores as on 30.06.2023 with a deposit base of Rs. 80,715 cr. and Gross advances at Rs. 66,956 cr.
The bank posted a net profit of Rs. 359 cr. in Q1 2023-24. Other key financial ratios include Net NPA – 0.59%, NIM – 4.19%, and PCR – 93.41% in the said quarter.
