IRFC Board appoints Shri Ajoy Choudhury as Chief Risk Officer
Railway sector PSU, Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited has announced that Shri Ajoy Choudhury has assumed the charge of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) effective, 2 December 2024 on a contractual basis on fixed tenure basis for two years from the date of assumption of charge pursuant to RBI vide Master Direction-RBI (NBFC-Scale Based Regulation) Directions, 2023, as per the regulatory filing.
He is a Cost & Works Accountant with 36 Years of Post-Qualification Experience Across a Wide Spectrum of Areas Such as Framing Risk Policies, Risk Information Systems, Risk Reporting in Operations, Liquidity, Currency & Market & Business Risk, Cyber Security, Resource Raising, Project Accounts, Taxation, Mis, Concurrence Etc.
