IOCL Chairman Interview: A surprise sneak of GAIL Head, Will he became the new chairman of Indian Oil?

New Delhi: The selection of Indian oil chairman post is still going on, and became like a mystery that who will be the new chairman of the giant oil company, a leading public sector company in the oil industry.

This selection fight is still going on the and the company is unable to find any suitable candidate. On top of all this a new name has been come up as a wildcard entry which was not expected by anyone.

60 candidates nearly applied for the interview, out of 10 were called. According to the sources it is said that the GAIL chairman and managing director Sandeep Gupta considered as the wildcard candidate.

However he has not applied for the post but was called for the interview, including him total 11 person were interviewed for the post.

The current chairman Shrikant Madhav Vaidya who is going to retire this month end, his extended tenure ends in August 31.
