Indian Oil Chairman inaugurated L&T's Green Hydrogen Plant
Green Hydrogen produced in the plant through Alkaline electrolysis, using solar energy will have no carbon footprint.

New Delhi: Indian Oil Chairman Mr. S M Vaidya, Chairman on August 20, 2022, inaugurated the L&T's Green Hydrogen Plant at AM Naik Heavy Engineering Complex, Hazira, with Mr. S N Subrahmanyan, CEO & MD, L&T.
On the occasion, Mr. Vaidya said; "The plant genuinely strengthens India's drive towards alternative energy avenues & the aspirational carbon neutrality by leveraging the power of green hydrogen.
Green Hydrogen produced in the plant through Alkaline electrolysis, using solar energy will have no carbon footprint. Compliments to Team L&T for this vital step towards a greener future"
