IICM Organises an Outbound Leadership Development Program
NEW DELHI- Indian Institute of Coal Management, Ranchi organised an ‘Outbound Leadership Development Program’ at Manali, in association with Tata Steel Adventure Foundation to provide an experiential learning condition for the participants through outdoor and adventure activities.
Fifteen executives from E5-E7 grades from CIL and subsidiary companies participated in the program, which honed various skills of leadership, team building, communication skills, and the basics of trekking, using various games and outdoor activities.
During the weeklong program, participants stayed in Solang valley for a basic training, management games and yoga sessions.
Thereafter, they stayed in Bakarthach (9500 ft) and climbed to Beas Kund from Bakartach before coming back to Solang Valley for debriefing.
