This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the company has appointed Dr. Manish Sitaram Dabhade as an Additional and Independent Director of the company w.e.f. August 16, 2024, for 3 years, the company has made an exchange filing.
Dr. Manish Sitaram Dabhade is an Associate Professor of Diplomacy and Disarmament at, the Centre for International Politics, Organization and Disarmament, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
