HPCL appoints K Vinod as CFO of Board

Oil refinery PSU Hindustan Petroleum has announced that the Board members of the company had appointed Shri K Vinod as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
As per the filing, Shri K Vinod, ED-Corporate Finance of the Company was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from September 11, 2024.
Shri K Vinod is a Chartered Accountant and has held Senior Positions in the Company and handled various areas of Finance covering Refinery Finance, Corporate Strategy & Planning, International Trade, Oil Price Risk Management, Integrated Margin Management, SBU Commercial, Corporate Finance & Treasury etc. and has over three decades of experience.
