Hindustan Zinc emerges victorious for the third consecutive time at the 53rd All India Mine Rescue Competition, continuing its winning streak with 11 prestigious accolades.
The men’s team from Rampura Agucha mine clinched the top spot in the overall metal mines category. In contrast, the second all-women’s rescue team from the Rampura Agucha cluster earned a remarkable second-place finish in the women’s category.
This underscores our unwavering commitment to safety and gender inclusivity in the mining industry. The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries such as Shri. Shyam Mishra, Director of Mines Safety (DMRS), Shri. Alex, Secretary of the International Mine Rescue Body, and other esteemed officials highlighted the company’s continued leadership in safety standards and innovation, setting a new benchmark for the industry.
