Grid-India launched its marquee Leadership Development Program
The first sessions under this programme were organized at New Delhi on 10 & 11 November 2022 & on 5th and 6th December at Kolkata.
New Delhi: Grid Controller of India Limited (Grid-India), formerly known as Power System Operation Corporation Limited launched its marquee Leadership Development Program for Emerging Leaders in its effort to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Grid-India continues its commitment to invest in capability enhancement in its future leaders and deliver value to its stakeholders. This is an intensive journey of three months, with continuous engagement with the participants. Grid-India has partnered with SHRM for this programme.
The first sessions under this programme were organized at New Delhi on 10 & 11 November 2022 & on 5th and 6th December at Kolkata, with the theme of developing leadership competencies and enhancing self-leadership.
