Grand HR conference SHRAM-2021 Concluded in NCL

HR professionals and speakers from the nation participated in the Conference

Singrauli: Two-day grand HR Conference SHRAM- 2021 concluded in Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), A Subsidiary of Coal India Limited on Thursday. 

The Conference was inaugurated by Chairman Coal India Limited Shri Pramod Agarwal on Wednesday. NCL CMD Shri PK Sinha, Director (P&IR), Coal India Shri Vinay Ranjan, Functional Directors of NCL, Director (Personnel) of various Subsidiaries of Coal India, General Managers/Heads of all Areas and Units and HR professionals and Speakers from the nation attended the conference. 

International Renowned HR Professionals including Prof. TV Rao, Dr. Deepak Deshpande, Professor Nidhi Shukla, Dr. Santosh Bhave, Shri Sanjeev Lahiri, Dr. Pramod Sadarjoshi, Mr. Rajesh Kamat, Mr. Amresh Hota, Mr. Neeladri Bhattacharjee, Dr. Ashwin Nayak, Dr. Hemant Rao, and Mr. Anish Aravind delivered lectures on various HR topics relevant to Industrial Revolution:4.0 in the two-day conference paving the path for revolutionizing HR.

On Thursday World famous Speaker, Management Guru & eminent Author Shri Shiv Khera graced and addressed NCL Family and participants in the concluding session of the conference
