EIL flags off 'Shikhar' an experiential advance leadership program
Shikhar aims to enhance personal and professional effectiveness by focusing on competencies such as communication skills, teamwork, delegation skills and planning and execution with visible tangible results as its promised deliverables.
New Delhi: Engineers India Limited flagged off an experiential Advance Leadership Program called Shikhar for its senior leadership team (at Levels 19-20).
Spanning across three months interspersed with fortnightly day-long sessions, facilitated by renowned LMI International Inc, Shikhar aims at enhancing personal and professional effectiveness by focusing on competencies such as communication skills, teamwork, delegation skills and planning and execution with visible tangible results as its promised deliverables.
Ms. Vartika Shukla, Chairman and Managing Director of EIL and Directors wished the 18 participants of Shikhar a successful learning journey.
