New Delhi: EIL conducted a Behavior-Based Safety workshop with a view to promote health, well-being and safety of Site Personnel at HPCL's HRRL Barmer, project site. The objective of this training is to influence employee actions towards safer outcomes, ideally by preventing an accident or injury before it occurs.
