New Delhi: Team EIL along with Teams from HPCL and Tata Projects Limited at Rajasthan Refinery Project - Barmer site achieved an important milestone with the successful casting of Raft for Technological Structure (TS) - 5 at Crude Distillation Unit / Vacuum Distillation Unit (CDU/VDU). The mammoth footing of 3400 M3 was cast in a single pour.
Notwithstanding the recent waves of the COVID-19 pandemic, the resilient RRP Teams at the Barmer site are geared up with full enthusiasm and optimism to put the construction works of the Rajasthan Refinery Project back on track.
Pachpadra Refinery Project, also known as Rajasthan Refinery and Petrochemical Complex Project (RRP) or Barmer Refinery Project, is an integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex established in the Barmer district of Rajasthan, India.
The project is being executed by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery (HRRL), a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL, 74%) and the Government of Rajasthan (26%).
Tata Projects had commenced work on one of the largest concrete pouring operations at the 4,500 cubic meter site at HPCL's Barmer Refinery and Petro Complex in Rajasthan.
