Dr Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar IAS (Retd.) takes over as Director-General of ASCI
Dr. Ramesh Kumar had a distinguished career as a civil servant spanning 34 years, during which he held many senior positions with distinction.

Dr Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, a 1982 batch AP cadre IAS officer, took charge as the new Director-General of Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) here on Monday, August 19, 2024.
Dr. Ramesh Kumar had a distinguished career as a civil servant spanning 34 years, during which he held many senior positions with distinction. Among other roles, he served the renowned Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams (TTD) as Joint Executive Officer and later as Executive Officer.

Post retirement, he served as the State Election Commissioner of the newly formed state of Andhra Pradesh from 2016 to 2021.
