Coal Minister experiences VR-Based training Modules at MCL Exhibit
New Delhi: Hon'ble Union Minister of Coal, Mines and Parliamentary Affairs Sh. Pralhad Joshi visited Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) exhibit at the 1st National Coal Concalve & Exhibition (NCCE) and had hands-on experience of the Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled Virtual Reality (VR) training module of vehicle operations in the coal mine.
Accompanied by Dr. AK Jain, Secretary (Coal), Mr. Pramod Agrawal, Chairman, Coal India Limited, Mr. OP Singh, CMD, MCL, and other senior officers from the Ministry of Coal, the Minister also experienced the operational benefits of AI-enabled VR Glass in managing distant operations.
