Development/Finance, Shri Mukesh Choudhury, Director Marketing, CIL along with the Independent Directors attended the meeting from CIL, Hqs. Shri. M. Nagaraju, Additional Secretary Coal, and Government Nominee Director joined the AGM from New Delhi.

The shareholders participated online and interacted with the CIL Board.
Responding to the queries raised by the shareholders, Chairman CIL stated at the outset that CIL is committed to meeting the 1 billion target set for the year 2025-26. He also stated that there is adequate coal available and that there will be no scarcity despite the increased demand.
