CMD NCL meets 480 youth training in NCL

Singrauli: Professional education is being given with the help of Skill Council for Mining (SCMS), Shri. Prabhat Kumar Sinha, CMD of Government of India's Miniratna Company Northern Coalfields Ltd. is taking training on Monday at the Management Development Institute (MDI) located in the CETI premises, Employment Skills like HEMM Mechanic, Mine Electrician, Mine Welder, Data Entry Operator etc.
He Met 480 youths, This training is being provided with the help of Skill Council for Mining Sector (SCMS). NCL Director (Personnel) Shri. Bimlendu Kumar and other Headquarters of Headquarters were also present on this occasion.
In his speech, Shri. Sinha said that the Government of India's campaign is committed to preparing NCL youth for employment by providing practical training in the skills necessary for the mining sector. He expressed faith that all youth taking training will have better employment opportunities in the coming time. Shri. Sinha called on all trainers to complete training with full passion and discussed the course with instructors in detail with oral. Practical training asked to emphasize more.
On the occasion, NCL Director (Personnel) Shri. Bimlendu Kumar said that the uplifting of youth around NCL is our first responsibility and the ongoing training program for 480 trainees was conducted towards the ′′ Self-reliant India ′′ campaign. Mr. Kumar convinced all trainees that this training will bring them employment opportunities as well as self-employment opportunities.
The first priority among the youth selected for training under this program is given to the affected persons (PAP) and qualified candidates living within 25 km radius of NCL and the second priority is given to the qualified candidates of Singrauli and Sonbhadra district. Eligible candidates who meet training and related qualifications under this program may also get the opportunity to have an apprenticeship along with a stepend in NCL as per the Apprenticeship Act, as well as apprenticeship in other industries in the private sector by SCMS. Candidates can be provided with assistance.
A total of 480 youths are being trained in the classes of HEMM Mechanic, Mine Electrician, Mine Welder, Data Entry Operator etc. in this program conducted under Social Corporate Responsibility, ′′ National Skills Qualification Guidelines ′′ (NCFQ) Certificate will also be given. The Skill Council for Mining Sector (SCMS) is a top body operated in collaboration with the Federation of Mineral Industries and Ministry of Mines which promotes skill development and vocational education in the mining sector as per the objectives of the National Skill Development Corporation and Mining Provides skilled workers for the industry.
