State-run NBCC (India) Ltd. on Thursday, December 12, said it has bagged multiple construction projects worth Rs 9,445 crore across four Indian states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, and Karnataka.
As per the stock exchange filing, the company said the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), in its order on Thursday, appointed NBCC as the project management consultant for the completion of 16 projects of Supertech Ltd., spread across the above-mentioned four states.
The projects will include 49,748 houses in these four states. The construction cost of the project is around Rs 9,445 crore, including a 3% contingency. The Project Management Consultancy (PMC) fees are fixed at 8%, including a 1% marketing fee, the stock exchange filing stated.
