CIL organises a workshop on Dump Trucks
Senior officials of CIL Hq. and Subsidiaries attended the Workshop held via physical and virtual modes.
New Delhi: Coal India Ltd. organised a workshop on “Technical Features of Dump Trucks” at its Hq. in Kolkata. Dump truck manufacturers HITACHI, CATERPILLAR, KOMATSU, LIEBHERR, BELAZ and BEML deliberated about their products & their compatibility to CIL coal mines in the Workshop.
Shri Pramod Agrawal, Chairman - of CIL while addressing the Workshop stressed upon the need to cut the cost of coal production and urged to decide the best course of action so that CIL can keep fulfilling the energy aspirations of the nation.
Dr. B. Veera Reddy, Director (Technical) - CIL set the agenda for the Workshop and spoke for induction of the latest and sustainable mining technologies to ramp up coal production.
