CIL Donates Rs. 31.60 Lakhs for Assam Flood Relief
Kolkata: Employees of North Eastern Coalfields (NEC), Coal India Limited (CIL), Margherita, Assam donated one day’s basic pay to help the victims of the raging floodwaters which wreaked havoc in Assam.
Shri J. K. Borah, General Manager, North Eastern Coalfields, handed over a cheque of Rs. 31.60 Lakhs to Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the flood affected people of Assam.
