CGEWHO achieved a record turnover of 215 Crs FY 2018-19
New Delhi: CGEWHO, during the financial year 2018-19 achieved a record turnover of 215 Crs which is 39 Crs more than the previous financial year 2017-18. CGEWHO, an autonomous body under the aegis of M/o Housing & Urban Affairs, functions on ‘No Profit-No Loss’ basis and constructs housing complexes all over the Country at prominent stations as a welfare measure for Central Government Employees/General Public.
The current projects of the organisation include a project at Paruthipattu, Chennai and a mega project at Greater Noida. The project at Greater Noida shall be completed in 2020 and includes amenities like Courts for Lawn Tennis/Basketball, Fully Equipped Gym, Waste Recycling & STP, Community Centre with a host of facilities like Swimming Pool, Shopping Complex etc. A Housing Scheme has recently been completed at Kharar, Mohali, (Punjab).
CGEWHO’s Chennai Scheme has been fully subscribed, while few vacant flats are available in Greater Noida & Mohali Schemes for subscription.
