New Delhi: Rahul Tandon, Head of Digital Transformation, BPCL, spoke on BPCL’s digital transformation journey, which has set new benchmarks in customer centricity, at the International SAP Conference for Energy 2022 held in Amsterdam from 17 to 19 May 2022 with the theme - Transforming the Customer Experience at Scale for Consumers of Oil, Gas, and Energy.
To foster digital change throughout its marketing division, BPCL under the code name Project Anubhav has provided a unified BPCL experience across different touchpoints to its enormous retail (B2C) and commercial (B2B) client base.
The initiative bolsters BPCL’s marketing activities and gives it a single perspective on the consumer, with the goal of improving business process efficiency, improving supply-chain transparency, and gathering market information.
The conference was attended by more than 200 delegates from across the globe, representing major oil and gas companies.
