New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), the second-largest Indian Oil Marketing Company has partnered with SAP India to deliver a consistent, superior, and unified customer engagement and experience platform. 

Under “Project Anubhav”, Bharat Petroleum has set a vision to create an exceptional & consistent customer experience built on foundational pillars of Convenience, Personalization, and Trust.

Through SAP Commerce Cloud, Bharat Petroleum is reimagining its customer journeys across different persona types and digitally transforming the customer experience including providing a single view of BPCL’s products, programmes & offerings to its various customers for their personal and business needs, creating seamless processes for customer on-boarding, ordering, payments, fulfilments etc. across omni-channels like mobile apps, websites etc. Additionally, BPCL will get a single view of customers across 6 business lines with ability to cross-sell, upsell and build customized products and services for customers.
