BHEL conferred with ‘BEST Power Sector & RE Tech Company (Manufacturing) Award

NEW DELHI- BHEL has been conferred with the ‘BEST Power Sector & RE Technology Company (Manufacturing) –  Overall (Power Sector)’ Award at the ‘15th ENERTIA Awards 2022 – India & South Asia’s Awards for Excellence in Sustainable Energy, Power & Renewables.’ 

BHEL has won this prestigious award for its manufacturing prowess for Power Generation equipment covering Thermal and Hydropower generating equipment and Power Transformers. 

The jury also recognised BHEL’s global footprint across 88 countries across 6 continents with a cumulative overseas installed power generating capacity of over 11 GW.

At the same event, Mr Rajiv Bhatnagar, Executive Director (CSM & CC), BHEL, was felicitated with the ‘Doyen of the Decade - Power Sector (Manufacturing Sector)’ Award for his contribution to the strategic promotion of Make-in-India Tech, Power Sector, International Marketing, Project Management and Communications at BHEL.
