New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, an Indian government-owned oil, and gas corporation under the ownership of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India received the coveted ‘Leadership in HR Excellence’ award, at the 12th CII National HR Excellence Awards ceremony, held on 24th March 2022.
The company scored in the 600+ band range, on a rigorous CII Assessment.
The CII HR Excellence Award is one of the most prominent honours in the HR industry, which is based on frameworks to position HR initiatives, measure current status, and identify gaps to stimulate solutions. Through this model, CII aims to help improve HR performance practices and capabilities by providing objective feedback for improvement, while also facilitating communication and the sharing of best practices and information within and among organisations.
The accomplishment reflects BPCL’s belief that investment in individual development contributes not only to personal growth but also to the growth of the business.
