Dr.(Smt.) Mrudula Sinha, Hon’ble Governor of Goa, has presented the award to Shri Rajan Avinash Durairaj, Deputy General Manager (L&D), received the Award At a function held at Bangalore .  Shri Malay Chattarjee, Chairman of TOLIC & CMD, KIOCL was present on the occasion.
