New Delhi: Mr Manoj Jain, Director (R&D), BEL, presenting a memento to Capt Duong Minh Hai, Director, Naval Technical Institute, Vietnam, on behalf of BEL at the India Pavilion at Vietnam Defence Expo 2022. Also present are Mr TD Nandakumar, GM (Naval Systems - 1)/BEL-Bangalore, and Mr Ravi Kumar, Chief Regional Manager, BEL Representative Office in Vietnam (VIRO).
The Vietnam Defence 2022 is hosted by the Ministry of Defence of Vietnam with the aim of modernising and upgrading its armed forces.
