New Delhi: Mr Manoj Jain, Director (R&D), BEL, presenting a memento to Capt Duong Minh Hai, Director, Naval Technical Institute, Vietnam, on behalf of BEL at the India Pavilion at Vietnam Defence Expo 2022.
