BEL Panchkula Unit conferred 'Best Digital Transformation Initiative Award-Electronics'

New Delhi: The Panchkula Unit of BEL was conferred the "Best Digital Transformation Initiative Award (Electronics)" for the commendable work that it has done for the Chandigarh Smart City Project, at the 2nd Customer Experience (CX) Quantic Awards ceremony held in Bangalore.

More than 450 delegates from over 100 companies participated in the event, which was organised in three phases mainly focusing on the use of  AI tools, Chat BoT and other digital technologies in dealing with customers.

The award was received on behalf of the BEL-Panchkula Smart City Project team by Mr Ravi Kumar D, Sr DGM (HLS), Mr Prince Kumar, Mgr (MS), and Mr Sunidhi Puranika, SE ( HLS) from Mr Shrikant Dhamal, Director, Enterprise Expleo India.
