Arun Vir Singh gets sixth extension as CEO Yeida, NIAL
This is the sixth extension that Singh has received since June 2019, after retiring from the Uttar Pradesh government as an IAS officer."
Arun Vir Singh has got the sixth extension as CEO of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) and the Noida International Airport Limited (NIAL) up to December 31, 2024. He was a retired IAS officer, in 2005.
"He is the only retired IAS officer who is currently serving as the CEO and has been granted a sixth extension by both the Uttar Pradesh and central governments.
This is the sixth extension that Singh has received since June 2019, after retiring from the Uttar Pradesh government as an IAS officer."
Apart from being Yeida CEO, Singh will also continue to work as the CEO of the NIAL, formed by the Uttar Pradesh government for monitoring and controlling the development of the airport project that is slated to be operational by 2024-end.
