Anil Kumar Jadli takes charge as Director (HR), NTPC Ltd

Shri Anil Kumar Jadli CGM (HR), NTPC Limited is appointed to the post of Director (HR), NTPC Limited with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post i.e., 23rd August 2024 till the date of his superannuation i.e., 30th June 2029 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The Board of Directors of NTPC Limited has approved the appointment of Shri Anil Kumar Jadli (DIN:10630150), CGM (HR), NTPC Limited to the post of Director (HR), NTPC Limited w.e.f. the date of his assumption of charge of the post i.e. 23rd August 2024 till the date of his superannuation i.e., 30th June 2029 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, as per the regulatory filing made.

Shri Anil Kumar Jadli started his career in NTPC way back in 1993 as an Executive Trainee. He is a postgraduate in Organic Chemistry from Garhwal University and did his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Human Resource Management from MDI, Gurgaon.

He has also received management and leadership training inputs from ESCP-EAP (Paris, Berlin and Turin).
