Amit Kumar selected for post of CMD at AIAHL

 The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) on Monday selected Amit Kumar for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, AI Assets Holding Limited (AIAHL); a Schedule ‘B’ Central PSU. A total of seven people were interviewed.

Currently, Kumar serves as the Executive Director and Asset Manager at Jorhat, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC). Pending requisite clearances and ACC approval, he will be appointed as CMD, AIAHL, as the position is currently vacant.

AI Assets Holding Limited is an SPV formed by the Government of India with an aim to provide unified Asset Holding Services as stated in the Object Clauses of its Memorandum of Association.
