DVC donates Heavy Duty Water Purifier to Polytechnic College
Kolkata: As a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) Raghunathpur Thermal Power station under the scheme 'Safe Drinking Water for All' and observation of Swachhata Pakhwada - 2019 between 16 May to 31 May 2019 DVC RTPS donated heavy Duty 120 ltr UV based Water purifier cum chiller to Raghunathpur Govt Polytechnic college, so that the students get clean drinking water, since access to pure water is the right of every citizen, specially the students the bright future of India.
Shri Debashish Ghosh, Executive Director (Project), DVC formally inaugurated the scheme on Wednesday 29th May 2019 by handing over water purifier to Shri Arunangsu De, The Principal of Raghunathpur Govt Polytechnic College in the presence of Shri Purna Chandra Bauri, MLA Raghunathpur, Shri Ananta Chakraborty, Chief Engineer & HOP, RTPS, Shri Basudeb Nandi, Chief Engineer (Project) DVC Kolkata, and other senior executives, functionaries, teachers and students of the College.
