CONCOR congratulates ILO and SCOPE for taking this initiative
New Delhi: International Labour Organization (ILO) in association with Standing Conference of Public Enterprise (SCOPE) has launched Network of Champions with 12 members, from various PSUs for promoting Women’s Career Advancement and to conduct gender sensitization sessions in different PSUs.
The Network of champions underwent training sessions on Gender diversity and Empowerment at ILO office. During the training, the champions identified core issues of women employees, discussed possible solutions and developed a plan of action to further train and promote women participation in management and leadership in PSUs.
Ms. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, GGM (HR), Container Corporation of India Ltd. has been certified as change agent by Ms. Dagmar Walter, Director-India, ILO and Mr. Atul Sobti, Director General SCOPE.
