CIL organises workshop on Neuro-Linguistic Programming for its women executives
Mumbai: CIL believes in empowering its women employees. In one such initiative to empower its women employees, it organised a workshop for women executives of Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd on “Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) based Performance Excellence”.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) helps in bringing about changes in perception, responsible communication and developing choices of responses or communication in a given situation. It works on the principle that everyone has all the resources they need to make positive changes in their own life and it helps in performance excellence.
The programme was facilitated by Dr. R.K.S. Mangesh Dash and Dr. Ashok Sahu, Twaran, Mumbai.
