We inform you that Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav, IAS(HR:2000) (DIN 03104045), Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, has been Appointed as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) (additional charge ) on the Board of MMTC Limited, pursuant to Office order no. File No. A-12022/20/2019-E.IV dated 24.04.2025 of Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & industry, Government of India (Annexure B) for a period of one-year w.e.f. the date of appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, the company stated in the regulatory filing.

Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav, an IAS(HR:2000) (DIN 03104045), is currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Since, starting his service in 2000, he has handled various assignments and has gained wide exposure in diverse areas such as Labour & Employment, Information Technology, Home Affairs, Vigilance, General Administration, Personnel, and Finance.
