Government-backed National Fertilizers Ltd announces changes in Composition of Board of Directors of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL).
New Delhi: The Tenure of Shri Jyoti Bhramar Tubid (DIN:02442295), Non-Official Independent Director has been completed on 20.04.2025 and he has ceased to be Director on the Board of NFL w.e.f. 21.04.2025. He was appointed on 21 April 2022. The company stated in an exchange filing.

In 2014, Jyoti Bhramar Tubid, a 1983 batch Indian Administrative Service (lAS) officer, voluntarily retired from the Civil Services. Before voluntarily retiring from the Civil Service after 30 years of service, he held a number of important positions in the state of Jharkhand, including Secretary of the Department of Excise and Prohibition and Secretary of the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare.

In addition, he served on the boards of several government companies and XLRI in Jamshedpur. Technology, administration, and management are among his areas of expertise.
