Electronics Limited (BEL).
On this note, the company, through circular resolution passed on 23rd April, 2025 announced his appointment w.e.f 23rd April, 2025.
Lt. General does not have a relationship with any other Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other statutory authority.
