General Insurance Corporation announces changes in Key Management Personnel
The Board Members of General Insurance Corporation of India has appointed Mr. Satheesh Kumar as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation. He has taken charge as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation with effect from 30th April 2025.
Mr. Satheesh Kumar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with membership no. ACS A64846 and is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
He has been associated with the Corporation since 1999 and previously worked in various departments including Investment Accounts, Credit Reinsurance, Marine Reinsurance etc. Presently he is working in the Board Secretariat department of the Corporation.
