Atmastco IPO subscribed 4 times on third consecutive session
The IPO lot size is 1,600 shares and the minimum investment amount required by retail investors is Rs 123,200.
The initial public offering of Atmastco Ltd has been open for subscription and is 4 times subscribed on the third day, consecutively. The IPO is open for subscription from February 15-20. It has been subscribed 4.14 times so far on Monday, February 19, the third day of the bidding process.
The issue received bids for 2.87 crore equity shares as against 69.39 lakh shares on the offer, as per the latest data.

The tentative listing is fixed on February 23 and the equity shares of the company will list on NSE SME.

The recent grey market premium of the company is Rs 15 per share, as per market observers. The shares of the company are observed at a premium of 19.48 percent at Rs 92 per share in the grey market as against its IPO price of Rs 77 per share.
