Two Independent Directors Step Down from Balmer lawrie
New Delhi: Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. today in an official notice states the Cessation of directorship of Dr. Vandana Minda Heda, and Shri Rajeev Kumar as Non-Executive Directors in the designation of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 8th November 2024 owing to completion of her tenure.
The company mentioned, "This is with reference to our earlier intimations dated 28th September 2022 wherein, the Company had intimated the Stock Exchanges regarding the approval of shareholders of the Company for appointment of Dr Vandana Minda Heda (DIN: 09402294) and Shri Rajeev Kumar (DIN: 09402066) as a Non-Executive, Independent Directors for a period of three years with effect from the date of notification of appointment i.e. from 8th November, 2021 or until further orders from the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India (Administrative Ministry) pursuant to the Nomination Letter bearing reference No. CA31033/2/2021 -PNG (39069) dated 8th November, 2021 received from the Administrative Ministry."
