Shri Uttam Sapate ED, EdCIL Passes away due to COVID
New Delhi: Shri Uttam Sapate Executive Director, EDCIL, suffering from COVID has passed away today at LNJP hospital.
Back in January 2021, Dr. Uttam Sapate joined EdCIL as the new Executive Director (Corporate Planning). He was an Electronics and telecommunications engineer from Government College of Engineering, Pune with MTech (APE) from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
His career started as Management Trainee with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. and served as Deputy Manager in Avionics production at Hyderabad for about 7 years.
