Railtel Wins New Order from Northern Railways

Navratna PSU RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has bagged a new order from Northern Railways for the Railway Project worth Rs. 19,69,96,886.
As per the exchange filing of RailTel Corporation dated September 13, 2024, "Under Regulation 30 read with Part A (B) of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. ("the Company") has received the work order from Northern Railways for Railway Project amounting to Rs. 19,69,96,886/-."

The 52-week high price of RailTel Corporation shares on BSE is Rs 618.00 apiece (as of 12/07/2024) and the 52-week low price is Rs 200.30 apiece (as of 09/10/2023), respectively.
The shares rallied 34% year-to-date (YTD), rallied 111% in the last 1-year, and rose 273% in the last 3 years.
Earlier, RailTel bagged a work order from the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment And Promotion Board for Service amounting to Rs. 52,66,30,075 (Excluding Tax). The time by which the order needs to be executed is August 31, 2024.
The last trading price of RailTel Corporation shares on BSE stood at Rs 473.90 per share with a gain of 0.84% in trade. RailTel Corporation has a market capitalization of Rs 15,209.27 crore.
